    1. Hi, it means it is region locked to European carriers, to remove this you need to active or first use your device with any European carrier. if it is already activated or used with any carrier within Europe, you does not need to do anything.

  2. Hi, i've got my wifes old i9300 running 4.3 that is locked to O2. They have given me 2 unlock codes but each time i get 'network unlock request unsuccessful'. If i put the old O2 sim in the phone it works fine.
    Are you able to advise if your system will definitely perform a factory unlock please?
    The phone was running CyanogenMod but it's currently running stock 4.3 and is rooted.
